Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. When you make a purchase at our store, it means you agree to all our terms and conditions.
We do not accept returns for refund or exchange at the exception of items damaged in transit. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be returned within 30 days and must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We understand sometimes you can change your mind on an item. You can only cancel your order if you let us know within 30 minutes after you place your order. we automate our order processing therefore if within 30 minutes, your order might have been processed and we will not be able to cancel it. Any orders with sales items are considered final and are not eligible for refund for any reason unless they are defected. If you need to cancel your order please visit Contact Us and include all the details. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us right away and we will do our best to update it during our order fulfillment process. If the item has shipped, we cannot change the shipping address.
Refunds (if applicable)
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the products at email@example.com with pictures of the damaged items. Upon the receipt of the damaged item, we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.

Although, all returns of our products are subject to a $15 restocking fee. If multiple items are returned at once, the respective fees for each product are accumulated (added together). Returned items are not inspected at our facility, but rather by an independent third party trained to handle returned products, retrieve purchaser's personal identification information from the returned packages and process a credit to the consumer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Homes Fan is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Homes Fan will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
Exchanges (if applicable)
