Shipping policy

Shipping Times 
We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1 business day after the date that the customer has placed the order and shipped the parcel out the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.

Back Orders:

If the product has been back ordered, we will try our best to ship it out as soon as it gets back in stock. Meanwhile, we will inform you on the product page about the shipping time. Please Kindly contact us if you can not wait, we will help you cancel the order.

The approximate shipping time accords to each country ( due to busy holiday season there may be delay on shipping please contact us if you have any concerns):

United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia: You can expect your package to arrive in 8 - 12 working days.

Others: 10-15 working days.

Shipping Carriers:

United States: DHL, USPS, CNE.

United Kingdom: Royal Mail.

Canada: Canada Post.

Australia: Australia Post.

Germany: DPD.

New Zealand: New Zealand Post.

France: La Poste.

Norway: Norway Post.

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time. Please note that Customers are responsible for customs and tariff at destination country Such as Brazil. When placing an order, customers are deemed to agree to pay customs if destination country requires.

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.
